Wednesday 17th January 2018 from 9.30am-1pm, Viking Hotel Waterford

What is the purpose of this session?

The information session will be presented by Peter O’Toole, Head of Support Service in the Irish Foster Care Association. It is based on a new information leaflet, published by IFCA in December 2016, 'Guidance on dealing with complaints or allegations of child protection and welfare concerns.' The session will offer comprehensive information on the topic based on best practice and current policy.
